Well first things first, I hope your 2025 is going ok so far 🙏🏽

I find myself really excited about plans for events, training, weekends away being active with friends, you name it; I'm keen for it in 2025!

However, the one issue that crops up more and more these days is the rising cost of, like, everything! 😱

Affording all the things we want to do each year is getting harder and harder. 

And our hobbies will suffer  😔

BUT....In the past 2 months we have been working so hard at Mojo to not only offer MORE goodness ✨ to our memberships, but also to drive down the cost of staying active and achieving your multi sport goals in 2025. 

How? Well I'm glad you asked. Here are some ways we are trying to help your pocket this year:

 

Weekly, Live strength sessions. Tailored to female, multi sport athletes. Delivered by an amazing personal trainer. Progressive, fun, essential. Saving you £40-£50 per week on personal training costs. And £10 per week on not joining a gym! 💪🏽

 

Our weekly, live, 45 minute long Pilates sessions are also delivered by a wonderful, qualified Pilates teacher. She teaches us movements that help our sport, and these sessions are designed just for us. Saving you £10 per week on a Pilates group session. PLUS saving you much more in physio costs down 

 

FREE Training Plans! Yes.... finally our dream of offering training plans for all distances of multisport has arrived. By the end of January, you will have access to our plans, plus have a call with Coach Lou to get yourself all set up with your plan ready to smash some 2025 goals.

This week we launched our very own Mojo app!! A place we can all chat, share stories, ask questions, have  a club calendar and find all our useful resources. We are so excited about this! A gamechanger for our club members. It's free and will save so much time. And what is time? It's our most valuable resource ✨

Resources such as our amazing talks and masterclasses are also showcased in our app, ready to watch whenever you want. Real, honest advice on how to train, enjoy and take part in triathlon, all seen through a female lens. Saving you £££'s seeking advice on topics such as menopause, nutrition, gut health and sport psychology.

Our Camps & Adventures next year include 2 swim camps, an adventure swim weekend in North Wales, bike skills weekend and Land's End to John O'Groats challenge. I have been in the industry long enough to know we are AMAZING value for what you receive in our Mojo adventures. Saving you even more £££'s.
